Please Take Detour to Reach North Shore Health and Sawtooth Mountain Clinic
We just received word from the Cook County Highway Dept that the intersection of 5th Ave W and 5th St will be temporarily closed for road construction starting Monday, July 31 at 8am until Wednesday, Aug 2 morning (tentatively).
Please refer to the attached map for detour routes (Eastbound and Westbound) for access to NSH and SMC.
NOTE: In approximately one month, there will be a prolonged closure of this same intersection. We will send an update.
Please keep the attached detour map handy and feel free to share with patients, residents, their families, visitors and employees.
