Yum! Today is Shook Smoothie Day at North Shore Health, Cook County! The NSH Employee Appreciation Committee provided employees with gift certificates that can be used for smoothies and other healthy treats. Thanks to Ms. Jordan Plummer for bringing her wonderful food truck and feeding us today!
