Who said training has to be boring?
Today, the crew at NSH EMS played a little Rig Rodeo.
The winning team earned bragging rights and, of course, the magnificent Rig Rodeo Trophy!
Teams competed on timed drills centered around their knowledge of assessments and protocols, medication dosing and administration routes, skills and treatment paths, and level of familiarity with their rigs, cabinets, bags, and equipment.
It’s a pretty great feeling watching your team come together, learning and growing with each training session.
What we do today, paves the way for what we can do tomorrow.
