North Shore Health is pleased to partner with Northern Orthotic and Prosthetic Center out of Duluth, MN to provide local access for children and adults to orthotics, prosthetics, and customized orthopedic shoe fittings as well as other braces, splints and walkaids. Patients can avoid the drive and request an outreach appointment with a board certified provider right here in Grand Marais at North Shore Health's Outpatient Services Suite. 

Those interested in a referral to the Northern Orthotic and Prosthetic Center should first talk with their primary medical provider or specialist to request a referral for orthotic or prosthetic services. An order from the patient's medial provider is required with the referral.
